1st Subscription Concert – “International Soloists Series”

This program is inspired by Hieronymus Bosch’s iconic painting The Garden of Earthly Delights. It features a world premiere by composer Francisco Javier Trabalón—written for cello and orchestra—based on the musical notation found on a scroll within the painting itself. Also on the program is the cello concerto by Marie Jaëll, a stunning romantic piece with delicate orchestration that will highlight the exceptional talent of soloist Elena Cheah, celebrated for her emotive style and impeccable technique. She is a soloist with the Staatskapelle Berlin under the legendary Daniel Barenboim. The evening will close with the magnificent Symphony No. 5 by L. V. Beethoven.

Join us for the grand Christmas Concert of the Castilla-La Mancha Camerata Orchestra, featuring some of the most beloved pieces from music history and the holiday season. The orchestra will be joined by a renowned ballet company and a youth choir for a magical, festive celebration.

2nd Subscription Concert – “International Soloists Series”

🎻 “Tchaikovsky: Romantic Virtuosity”

🎻 Soloist: Kirill Troussov, violin

This program is entirely dedicated to the works of P. I. Tchaikovsky, featuring his legendary Violin Concerto—one of the great masterpieces of the violin repertoire. It will be performed by acclaimed violinist Kirill Troussov, using the original Stradivarius “Brodsky” (1702), the very instrument on which this concerto premiered in 1881. This will be the first time the concerto is performed in Spain with this historic violin. The program also includes the iconic 1812 Overture and Slavonic March.

🎻 Soloist: Dragan Suzuki Djordjevic, cello

A very special concert in celebration of International Women’s Week, led by acclaimed conductor Catherine Larsen-Maguire, who has appeared with top orchestras including the London Symphony, BBC Symphony, Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin, and Berlin Opera. The program is dedicated to women in music.

Repertoire includes:

• String Quartet in E-flat Major by Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel (orchestrated for strings)
• Rococo Variations by I. Tchaikovsky, for cello and orchestra
• Symphony No. 104 “London” by Haydn

4th Subscription Concert – “International Soloists Series”

This concert will showcase the extraordinary pianist Alexandra Troussova, based in Munich and a student of Dmitri Bashkirov. A laureate of numerous international competitions, she will perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 9, a gem of the classical repertoire. The program also includes:

• Symphony No. 4 “Italian” by Mendelssohn
