1st Subscription Concert

“Una Noche en la Ópera”

A musical event celebrating the most iconic and beloved works of the operatic repertoire. Audiences will be transported into a world of emotion and drama through masterful performances of arias, duets, and choruses from some of the most famous operas ever written. The program includes the passionate “Nessun dorma” from Puccini’s Turandot, the heart-wrenching “La donna è mobile” from Verdi’s Rigoletto, and the majestic “Brindisi” from La Traviata, also by Verdi. Highlights will also include excerpts from masterpieces such as Bizet’s Carmen and Rossini’s The Barber of Seville. This concert promises to be an unforgettable evening, filled with beauty and emotion, sure to captivate both seasoned opera lovers and those discovering this magnificent genre for the first time.

Christmas Concert

“Christmas of Light and Stage: A Theatrical Concert with Orchestra and Children’s Choir”

Children’s Choir
The Castilla-La Mancha Camerata Orchestra Foundation presents a unique, elegant, and moving Christmas concert where music, narration, and light come together to create an unforgettable experience. A narrator or actor will guide the audience through Christmas tales and poems by authors such as Dickens, Machado, and Rubén Darío, while the orchestra performs classical works by Vivaldi, Elgar, Bach, Mozart, and Handel—filling the space with warmth and emotion. The children’s choir will shine in carefully chosen moments, performing traditional carols that evoke the joy and hope of the season.
The concert includes theatrical scenes inspired by the 1914 Christmas Truce and excerpts from A Christmas Carol, inviting us to pause and listen to the deeper heartbeat of Christmas. It blends the beauty of classical music with the power of storytelling, offering a performance for all audiences that renews the Christmas spirit with elegance and heartfelt intimacy.

2nd Subscription Concert
March 3, 2026. Teatro Circo, Albacete
“El Violín del Diablo”
Conductor and Soloist: Kirill Troussov
This spectacular concert arrives at Teatro Circo with the unique artistry of Kirill Troussov, one of the world’s finest violinists, who will perform this program on the legendary Brodsky Stradivarius—the very instrument used for the premiere of Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto. Inspired by the mythical figure of Paganini and Tartini’s famous Devil’s Trill, this concert is a journey into extreme virtuosity, passion, and the dizzying emotion that only the violin can convey when it becomes both the voice of the devil and the soul.
Troussov, whose career spans the world’s great concert halls, invites us to explore the mystery of Paganini and the hypnotic power of his music, letting every note burn with the intensity of an ancient fire. As resident artist and honorary ambassador of the Castilla-La Mancha Camerata Orchestra Foundation, he brings not only his extraordinary talent but also his deep connection with our region. He will be joined by the Castilla-La Mancha Camerata Orchestra in an unrepeatable evening—one to surrender to the spell of music that has mesmerized generations of listeners.

3rd Subscription Concert
April 21, 2026. Teatro Circo, Albacete
“Progios Internacionales”

Soloists: Maria Lundina (violin) and Álvaro Lozano (cello)
International Prodigies is a celebration of the future of classical music at Teatro Circo. Two of the most promising rising stars of the violin and cello take the stage alongside the Castilla-La Mancha Camerata Orchestra Foundation to present a program filled with freshness, passion, and virtuosity. From Moscow, violinist Maria Lundina—winner of the Sarasate Award 2025 and one of the brightest talents emerging from the legendary Tchaikovsky Conservatory—will perform Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 4 and Manuel de Falla’s Seven Spanish Folksongs.
Sharing the spotlight is Spanish cellist Álvaro Lozano, recent winner of the prestigious Intercentros Melómano competition, the country’s leading contest for young performers, who will take on Haydn’s Cello Concerto in C major. The evening will conclude with Schubert’s Symphony No. 5, a luminous and elegant work that crowns a concert dedicated to discovering and supporting the prodigies destined to lead the great concert halls of the world.

4th Subscription Concert
May 12, 2026. Teatro Circo, Albacete
“Gloria y Grandeza”

A program of spiritual intensity and orchestral power. Antonio Vivaldi’s Gloria, one of the brightest and most celebrated choral works of the Baroque era, will be performed in its full splendor, featuring the Fundación Orquesta Camerata CLM Choir. The concert continues with Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2—a transitional work between the elegance of Classicism and the bold, revolutionary style that would define the composer’s legacy. The combination of choral brilliance and Beethovenian symphonism promises a powerful musical experience that blends emotional depth, radiant beauty, and energetic artistry on stage.
